What happens if I can no longer attend to an event?

Refunds will not be provided for any event tickets purchased. Should a ticket holder be unable to attend, tickets are transferrable to another individual. In order to transfer the registration to another attendee, please let us know at [email protected].

What happens if an event gets cancelled?

Cancellations received following the purchase of event tickets will not receive a refund. SSG Tech Events accepts no liability is an event is cancelled or postponed for reasons beyond reasonable control – resulting from an act of governmental regulation, fire, war, civil commotion or any other political or natural force majeure events.
